Is What We Do
OUR CAPABILITIES
Aluminium
Aluminum die castings offer many advantages including raw material cost stability, lightweight properties coupled with high strength, and recyclability. We offer many different alloy choices to meet the demands of the markets we service, with experience in 380, 360 and 413 alloys. Whether it’s corrosion resistance, improved ductility, or just a focus on lightweight, we have the material to meet your needs.
Zinc
Zinc die castings offer numerous advantages including high yield and impact strength, tight tolerance capabilities, reduced cycle time, extended die life and suitability for decorative, Class A applications. We offer experience in small to large functional applications and have demonstrated an unmatched ability to provide Class A, decorative applications in Zamak #3, #5, and ZA8 alloys.
Machining
Machining is targeted to suit the product needs. Whether it be a requirement for just drilling and tapping or the complexity of a 5th axis CNC, we have you covered. With the ability to machine our own castings allows us to ensure you receive a complete part that meets all your quality expectations
Engineering
Our engineering teams at each division are ready to support you at the early design stage through Ok-to-Tool and into production. We partner with you to optimize part design and process, delivering the most cost-effective solutions.
Our Process
We often hear “quality is a given” and nothing could be further from the truth – quality is designed and managed day by day, shift by shift, and hour by hour. Our quality process starts with highly trained Associates, well maintained equipment and properly designed tooling
